Carmen is a mom of 2 and maintains her life-long passion for being active and running. Her practice is founded on skills gained from her personal sport experience, continuous professional development, and holistic life learning. She ‘gets’ movement, practice reflects her appreciation of the body's complexities, and what it takes to simply have pain-free, healthy movement. - Daniel is our new physiotherapist. He invests his enthusiasm into every treatment to help you regain mobility, achieve your goals, facilitate a better quality of life and promote your holistic health.

Physiotherapist
Daniel has a keen interest in the complexity of human anatomy and the movement system. This is complemented by his focus on the specific fields of sports, orthopaedics, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He is a Padel fanatic and a die-hard Manchester United fan.
His firsthand experience with his knee injury and ACL reconstruction surgery in 2023 gives him a unique ‘patient’ perspective on the process of recovery and rehabilitation.
Whether you are recovering from an acute injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking to reach your peak sporting performance, his approach is personalized and meets the individual's needs in their context, and his strategy and management plan are tailored to facilitate successful goal achievement. He is committed to providing his clients with the most effective and evidence-based interventions available.
